Customer Experience Office

At the WSIB, we’re committed to improving our customers’ experiences – so much so, that we have a team dedicated to examining things like call volumes, customer feedback, and satisfaction rates.

We do this work so we can grow a solid understanding of what our customers, Ontario’s workers and employers, are happy with, and what we can do to improve.

What does the Customer Experience Office do?

The Customer Experience Office team members are experts in customer service best practices.

As an organization, we look for opportunities to improve our services and processes, in an effort to make it faster, easier, and more efficient to do business with the WSIB.

Have you received a call from Forum Research?

Your feedback is important to us at the WSIB, so to give you a chance to provide your opinion, we’ve teamed up with Forum Research, a leading Canadian market research firm, to conduct ongoing Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

Your privacy is important to us, and while Forum Research has your name and phone number, they have not been given any other information from your file or account, and all feedback you provide is anonymous and confidential.

While we would very much appreciate your input, you are in no way required to participate in the survey.
