If you need to report a workplace injury or illness:

Businesses

If you need to report your premiums, please provide the following information:

  • Account Number
  • Legal Name
  • Reporting Period
  • Classification Unit and Rate Group
  • Insurable Earnings
  • Premium Amount
You can send this information to us by:

  • call us at 416-344-1000 or 1-800-387-0750 (TTY: 1-800-387-0050), Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you need to pay your premiums you can do so:

  • online or by telephone banking through your financial institution
  • by mailing a cheque together with the bottom part of your filled in Premium Remittance Form to PO Box 4115, Station A, Toronto, ON M5W 2V3. Please write your account number on your cheque.

If you need a clearance:

  • email at employeraccounts@wsib.on.ca including the following information:
    • legal name and account number of the contractor
    • legal name and or account number of the principal
    • include a contact name, fax number or email address where you would like the clearance sent
  • call us at 416-344-1000 or 1-800-387-0750 (TTY: 1-800-387-0050)
