Conviction: Youanna Ltd.

On July 10, 2012, Youanna Ltd. located at 5325 Longford Drive in Mississauga, ON, pleaded guilty to one count of failing to submit to the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board statements of total wages earned by its workers. This is a violation under s.152(1.1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

Youanna Ltd. was ordered by the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton to pay a fine of $6,000, plus a 25% Victim Fine Surcharge, payable within 18 months.
