WSIB Code of Business Ethics

We revised our Code of Business Ethics, now called the Code of Business Ethics and Behaviour (1.3mb, PDF), to incorporate new legislation providing guidelines for dealing with workplace violence.

The new document provides the code of ethics and standards of conduct that the WSIB expects from staff, management and all stakeholders. 

It includes guidelines for dealing with issues of workplace violence, discrimination, harassment, sensitivity, fairness, and social responsibility. 

These guidelines help us to recognize and resolve ethical issues that may arise at the WSIB.
