Customer Experience Office
We've launched our Customer Experience (CE) Office to take the lead on customer service excellence initiatives at the WSIB.
The WSIB delivers a wide range of programs and services to our customers, and we have the opportunity to communicate daily with workers, employers, health care providers, other government agencies, organizations and the general public.
What does the Customer Experience Office do?
Staff in our CE Office will provide expert advice to our management and staff to ensure that you receive excellent service every time you call, visit or correspond with us.
The Customer Experience Office is also leading our efforts to eliminate injured worker stigma and to ensure WSIB programs and services are accessible and in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
