WSIB Information Centre

The WSIB has a walk-in customer service centre in the lobby of its head office at Simcoe Place, Toronto. The Centre is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff provide a wide range of services including:

• Personalized customer service in several languages
• Assistance with forms completion
• Assistance/equipment for clients with special needs such as low vision or deaf and hard of hearing
• WSIB publications in alternate formats such as large font fact sheets and Braille
• WSIB publications in several languages
• Access to WSIB and other workplace health and safety websites and online services
