Accessibility at the WSIB
We're committed to providing excellent customer service and full access to WSIB information and services for all of our clients.
All WSIB offices have an Access Centre complete with equipment, software and services to meet the unique needs of our clients, including in several languages.
- Assisting persons with physical disabilities
Accessible signage; adjustable workstation and monitor; and ergonomic chair.
- Assisting persons with vision disabilities
Accessible signage with Braille; ZoomText large print keyboard; ZoomText and Kurzweil software for magnification and screen reading capabilities in several languages; and large print and Braille documents.
- Assisting persons with hearing loss
Pocketalker Pro amplification system with headset and neckloop for one-on-one communication in small groups; and FM system for amplification in large groups and meetings on request.
- Assisting persons with reading disabilities
Accessible signage; and ZoomText and Kurzweil software for screen reading capabilities in several languages.

Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA): Customer Service Standards training
This online course was designed to meet the Ontario Public Service employees' customer service standards training requirements as set out in Regulation 429/07 under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
