When do I need to file a Year-End Reconciliation?

You need to file a Reconciliation Form if you:

• Pay your premiums monthly
• Close an account
• Are asked to verify information by the WSIB

Filing a Reconciliation Form ensures that you have reported and paid all your premiums. It also confirms the accuracy of the payroll information you used to calculate the premiums.
