French Language Services at the WSIB
In accordance with the French Language Services Act and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the WSIB has policies and procedures in place to ensure the same customer service standards in French as in English. All communications materials, including forms, letters, brochures and this website, are available in both languages. When establishing a claim or account, customers are able to choose their preference for French, which will then trigger the assignment of their claim or account to a bilingual staff member.
To further ensure clients receive the French services they require and are entitled to, the WSIB has two Language Services Liaisons to handle all related issues.
