How can I give feedback?
Complete our Customer Feedback Form online or fill one out when you visit a WSIB Information Centre or reception area at any of our offices across the province. Telephone Enquiry, Reception and Information Centre staff will be pleased to help you fill out the form.
We will review and share the information you provide with our management and staff so that we can make recommendations for service excellence improvements to WSIB senior management.
