WSIB offices

WSIB representatives are available on the phone from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. Our regular office hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. See a list of WSIB offices.

If you want to leave a message for WSIB staff after our regular office hours:

• dial the ten digit phone number directly and leave a message on voicemail
• call our 1-800 number for any WSIB office and follow the prompts and then enter the 10 digit number of the person you wish to reach and leave a message.
