WSIB Ottawa Office Move
Our Ottawa office moved. Effective Tuesday, August 4, 2009, we are located in new, environmentally friendly offices in Minto Place at 180 Kent Street, Tower 4, Suite 400, Ottawa, ON, K1P 0B6. All telephone contact numbers remain the same.
Increase to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) cheque charge
Effective April 1, 2009, a charge of $40 will be applied for each cheque returned to the WSIB by the bank due to Non-Sufficient Funds.
Experience rating program review
