2. When will the Ottawa Office be open to the public at its new location?

4. How will this move benefit Ontario workers and employers?
The move will save money and improve working conditions. The new office will provide a modern, convenient and environmentally friendly environment. At the same time, it means a reduction of the WSIB’s carbon footprint through reduced use of water and electricity and, with a lower lease rate, it is financially viable as well.
5. Will the telephone system and numbers remain the same?
Yes, all telephone and fax numbers specific to the Ottawa office will remain the same to ensure continuity of service.
6. Why is the move to 180 Kent Street characterized as 'environmentally friendly'?
