Lorsque des activités d'approvisionnement sont effectuées par la CSPAAT – comme la publication d’une demande de propositions – des renseignements généraux sont affichés ici et comportent un lien au site Web où se trouvent les demandes de propositions. Aux fins de la localisation et de l’accessibilité, les pages sur les activités d'approvisionnement de la CSPAAT ne sont disponibles que par le truchement des sites Web établis pour les appels d’offres, soit MERX et Biddingo. Les liens portant sur ces activités resteront affichés sur la présente page pendant une semaine après la fin de l’appel d’offres.
Pour répondre à une demande d'approvisionnement vous devez d'abord lire la description générale des services requis, indiquée ci-dessous. Si vous désirez présenter une soumission, vous devez ensuite vous rendre au site Web de MERX ou de Biddingo, vous inscrire et télécharger le document nécessaire. Il y a aussi des frais.
Chaque site procure des instructions détaillées sur la façon d'accéder au document de demande d'approvisionnement. Une fois que vous aurez téléchargé le document, vous pouvez poser des questions directement en ligne sur le site établi pour les appels d'offres. Les réponses seront affichées sur le site Web approprié afin que tous les participants aux appels d'offres puissent les consulter.

Under section 168 of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act “WSIA”, a review must be performed each year of the cost, efficiency and effectiveness of at least one program that is provided under the WSIA. Subsection 168(3) of the WSIA is consistent with these requirements by providing that the review must be performed under the direction of the Auditor General by one or more public accountants who are licensed under the Ontario Public Accounting Act.

WSIB is searching the market for Hotel Accommodation services to serve injured workers and WSIB employees. It is an expectation of WSIB that the contracted Hotel Supplier(s) at a minimum will be able to accommodate WSIB Employees, Injured Workers and Authorized WSIB affiliates with the following:
- Full Service Hotel
- Wheelchair Accessible Rooms
- Long Term Stay Capabilities
- Conference rooms
- Group Stay
- Business Suite Stay
- Hotel Accommodations in one of the locations as noted below
WSIB requests that all suppliers who respond to this (RFIQ) meet a current minimum standard of
3 Diamond status (CAA/AAA) and/or ‘4 star’ Canada Select rating. Diamond Rating and Canada Select guidelines are the key components used to determine the appropriate quality & standard requirements. Diamond Rating and Canada Select guidelines are simply a reflection of what is typically seen throughout the various market segments of the Hotel Accommodation industry.
This RFIQ requires Hotel Accommodations in the following locations across Ontario:
- Cambridge
- Hamilton;
- Kitchener;
- London;
- Mississauga/Airport;
- Ottawa;
- Sudbury;
- Sault Ste Marie;
- Thunder Bay;
- Timmins;
