Employers
A simple e-mail or call is all it takes for employers to contact a customer service representative or account manager. Use our Office locator to find the name of your local office contact in Small Business Services or go to our listing of Industry Sector contacts if you employ 20 or more workers. Select the name to call or send your e-mail. Please tell us your postal code and whether or not you employ less than 20 workers. Your account manager or customer service representative will respond.

Workers
Workers may also call or e-mail a contact in the Industry Sectors. For those who work for a small business employer (less than 20 workers), use our handy Office locator to contact the Small Business office handling your claim.
