    Expense Rates

    We often pay workers for a variety of expenses associated with their claims. Some of the rates at which we compensate workers are not specifically set out in the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, so we adjust them from time to time. We base these changes on an extensive external survey of costs for each specific rate.
