How the WSIB is working for you

The WSIB is committed to examining our customers’ needs from their point of view. We’re putting the customer at the centre of everything we do. We’re focusing on improving our services, and there are some exciting innovations on the horizon.

Here’s a sample of how we’re working for you:
    • A new and easy-to-use WSIB website – built with your needs in mind – comes online this fall and features new eServices you can access 24/7.
    • The WSIB’s new Customer Experience Office, coming this fall, will be dedicated to ensuring the best quality service from the WSIB and consistent standards across the organization and across the province.
    • Building on the recommendations of the KPMG value for money audit and stakeholder concerns, the WSIB is changing the way it delivers Labour Market Re-entry (LMR) and Return to Work (RTW) services. The WSIB’s new Work Reintegration program will help injured workers return to decent, safe and sustainable jobs and give Ontario’s employers more support to retain and re-train their injured employees.
    • We’re developing a dynamic stakeholder engagement strategy that will promote co-operation and collaboration with our customers.
    • We’re setting up stakeholder advisory committees that will give workers and employers the opportunity to bring their ideas and experience to the table on specific issues.

Stay tuned for more updates and stay safe!
