What are my responsibilities?

As the employer of an injured worker, you are first required to report the injury to the WSIB and:

1. Contact your worker as soon as possible after the injury

2. Maintain communication throughout their recovery and return to work

3. Attempt to provide suitable work. In other words, work that: 4. Provide the WSIB any information requested about the worker's return to work.
