Employer Services
Our Employer Services deliver account-related services to Ontario employers. With teams across the province, we provide a range of services to help you manage your account, from registering with us, providing clearance certificates, or answering questions about your account.
Health and Safety Excellence program
Our Health and Safety Excellence program can help you keep your team safe at work, while earning rebates on your annual WSIB premiums.
Smaller businesses (1-99 full-time employees) can earn double the rebates, plus $1,000 toward their health and safety plan, this year!
Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Awards
Each year we recognize the health and safety achievements of independently owned and operated businesses with fewer than 50 employees through our Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Awards.
You can win up to $10,000 by telling us what your small business has done over the past year to promote health and safety in your workplace.
Mandatory coverage in the construction industry
WSIB coverage is mandatory for independent operators, sole proprietors, partners in a partnership and executive officers in a corporation who work in construction.
Most will have to register with us (some exemptions apply).
